Tr1 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms governing your use of the tr1 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any part of our services. By continuing to use this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing tr1 at tr1.im, registering an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the tr1 platform.
These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and tr1 as the platform operator. They apply to all users without exception, including visitors without an account, registered members, and users accessing the platform via mobile app.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use tr1's services. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately upon detection.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. tr1 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. tr1 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities and Platform Prohibitions
As a tr1 platform user, you agree to comply with all usage rules set out herein and to refrain from any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, other users, or the operation of our services. The following behaviours are expressly prohibited:
- Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation from tr1.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems in any way.
- Engaging in fraud of any kind, including the use of false or stolen payment information.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner contrary to the specified terms, including unauthorised bonus stacking.
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing any third party to access your account.
- Distributing unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or harmful content that damages the reputation of tr1 through any channel associated with the platform.
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and tr1 reserves the right to withhold any account balance if a violation is established.
Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on the tr1 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits via supported payment methods, including internet banking through FPX, local e-wallets such as Boost, and other methods available at the time.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. tr1 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers. All withdrawal requests are subject to an identity verification process that may require additional documentation.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on your chosen payment method and account VIP tier. tr1 reserves the right to freeze or withhold withdrawals for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected on an account.
Any taxes or charges levied by financial institutions or relevant authorities in connection with your transactions are solely your responsibility and not that of tr1.
Liability, Intellectual Property and Changes to Terms
Limitation of tr1's Liability
The tr1 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. tr1 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses due to service interruptions, technical errors, or game outcomes. tr1's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the tr1 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of tr1 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any part of the platform's content without prior written permission from tr1.
Third-Party Links
The tr1 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. tr1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Tr1 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Tr1 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, the following:
- Violation of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
- Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration.
- Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity linked to the account.
- Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
- Accounts inactive beyond the period specified in the inactive account policy.
Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, the account balance will be frozen until verification is complete. If an account is closed due to a terms violation, tr1 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance.
